Basic Guidelines For Safe Practices :
Minimize risk by safe laboratory practices, including use of personal protective equipment (goggles, gloves ...).
We should always be thinking of the unexpected beforehand. Let's ask ourselves
" What would I do if ..." before we start an experiment. Most of all, let's give respect to all chemicals.

Aug 14, 2009 The first "annual/initial" safety traing for the academic year 2009/2010 took place on Aug. 14, 2009 at 10:30 am in PS I, room 103. Iob and Greg Hogan of EHS conducted the training. Those of you that did not have a chance to attend can participate in either the January (2010) or July meetings. |
